(1)檢查實驗臺的機殼是否有裂紋,若有裂紋則不能使用。

(2)檢查閥門測試臺的絕緣電阻。用500V絕緣電阻表檢測,其絕緣電阻不應小于5MΩ,若低于此值,應打開放水、放氣孔,烘干或曬干后再使用。
(2) Check the insulation resistance of the valve test bench. Use a 500V insulation resistance meter to test, and the insulation resistance shall not be less than 5m Ω. If it is lower than this value, open the drain hole and vent hole, and use it after drying or drying.
(3)檢查閥門測試臺的放氣孔、放水孔、放油孔和電纜接頭處的封口是否松動,如有松動必須旋緊。

(4)起動前校正電源正負極,以免水泵倒轉,不出水。

(5)閥門測試臺的電纜線*好不要有接頭,若有接頭應包扎好,整個電纜線應無破損、折斷現象,否則應更換新電纜。另外,電纜線要架空,不要太長。
